Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with details on how to send your photo to us,
this email provides you with our email address and uploader link.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS FROM EBAY ONCE YOU HAVE PAID
For best results please make sure the file size is over 500kb for jpg/jpeg/pdf and over 1mb for PNG/BMP files

DO NOTSEND PHOTOS FROM FACEBOOK, These are generally too small and we cannot print these images onto Canvas. DO NOTSEND PHOTOS Via MESSAGES, Monoprints messages reduce the file size and these are then not suitable for Canvas Prints. When emailing from your smart phones please make sure you send the original photo and make sure it is sent FULL SIZE.

Don’t be fooled by the 30mm DEEP frames you see, these are MDF and are NOT canvas stretcher frames All our frames are genuine PINE canvas stretchers which are kiln dried to make sure they last a lifetime! If its a DEEP Frame you require we offer 38mm Pine Canvas
All our INK’s are HP Pigment INKs which are fade resistant and water resistant We use two of the latest GP-4600S cannon printers, they are the best in their class!

ORDERING and IMPORTANT INFORMATION
These can be portrait or landscape, as standard we print these the same layout as the file you send but if you would like these a certain way please request this when sending your photo.
*IMPORTANT*SQUARE PHOTOS If we receive square photos from you create in apps or similar these will be supplied on a square frame canvas print at 20x20"
If your photo is not suitable for your canvas print it will be delayed! Please check your emails regularly including JUNK mail in case we have tried to contact you.
Please send your photo/s after the order has been placed if no photo is received we will email you requesting this if we do not get a response within 7 days a refund will be issued and order canceled.
Please DO NOTsend images from Facebook these are not suitable for canvas printing.
Only High Res images accepted if in doubt please e-mail your photo before ordering and one of our team will check it for you and get back to you within 24hrs.
